• HIRING OF SERVICES OF TOUR OPERATORS

  Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), the executing agency for STFS project invites sealed proposals from Travel Agencies/Tour Operators registered with DTS, IATA, ATL and Sales Tax Department for arranging local visit of 900 students (3 groups of 300 each) and international visit of 60 students (2 groups of 30 each). 2. RFP containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, evaluation criteria, rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. can be purchased on payment of Rs 500/- (non-refundable) from the undersigned up to 12th June, 2019 during office hours. “Single Stage Two Envelop Procedure” will be used for open competitive bidding. 3. The proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions in RFP must reach to the undersigned on or before 13th June, 2019 by 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in PSF Committee Room.
