• Tender for hiring of services of testing agency

    Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), the executing agency for development project “Science Talent Farming Scheme (STFS) for Young Students” invites Expression Of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced Testing Agencies, registered in Active Tax Payers List (ATL), for conducting written Scientific Aptitude Test and written I.Q. Test for Matric passed students all over the country for selection of 300 students (STFS 4th Batch). Method of selection “Quality and Cost Based Selection” will be used.

     

    1. Expression of Interest (EOI) documents, containing scope of assignment, detailed terms and conditions, are available for the interested bidders at PSF Head Office, Plot No.1, G-5/2, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable). Bidding documents can also be downloaded from PSF website www.psf.gov.pk free of cost.

     

    1. The Expression of Interest, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the EOI documents, must reach at PSF Head Office, Plot No.1, G-5/2, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad on or before August 15, 2018 by 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in PSF Committee Room. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
